All the information within these Blogs, is only what has been handed on to me, either by instruction or throughout my life’s experiences or by Holy Spirit.
No one has knowledge that wasn’t already known, so then it is logical to conclude that all things are known beforehand.
There is no wisdom that a man possess that gives any reason for boasting.
That being the case, if anyone uses the information, I have written to glorify themselves, that is, to promote their popularity, their fame or their stature before others, they are in fact not helping others at all, but, helping themselves.
It is not for nothing that God’s word warns about being haughty, proud, vain, or elevating oneself above others. No matter how they may argue the benefits, or good they are doing. 1 Cor 3:18,19 say’s; “Let no one seduce himself: If anyone among you thinks he is wise in this system of things, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. For the wisdom of the world is foolishness with God; for it is written: ‘” He catches the wise in their own cunning’”.

On the other hand, or the reverse side of the coin, we are encouraged, “not to think more of ourselves than is necessary”, and take on a “slaves’ position”, and “love our neighbour more than ourselves”, seeking “humility” not prominence. I well know how the hearts of many think. If they are not important in the minds of others, they somehow lack worth or value! How sad.
By having this attitude, many automatically put others beneath their feet. Especially is this thinking prominent in this current generation, popularity, views, likes and fame are god.
Sadly, we miss the point entirely, we were loved before and without any of these things. But if you can’t live without these things, what would you do, how would you feel, if the avenues to elevate your status or self esteem were taken away? If all the technology just ceased?
Maybe it won’t be, but you were loved before you had the longing for popularity. It’s ok to be just you!

Obviously, some will, no doubt, gain a little more attention than some due to a talent or some other reason. But it’s only other people who can enable them or inflate their ego so that they “get a big head”, as the saying goes, to the point that they think more of themselves than necessary.
So, it is inevitable that some will seem to get the spotlight for a time. But don’t become envious, as they are mortal like you. If it is a job they are doing, let them do it. While you do yours.
Also, when "Giving gifts of mercy", Jesus said "do not go blowing a trumpet ahead of yourself", Just do. But if you see an opportunity to do a good deed, make sure first it is wanted or needed.
If for example you do a good deed for your neighbour without first checking, you may be "steeling another's thunder". If a child for example is planning to do so and so for mum or dad, and you jump in and "cut their grass", so to speak, will they not possibly develop an attitude that doing a good deed is a competition? Then it no longer becomes a good deed, but a necessity. where then will they joy be. Obviously, from time to time things like this could happen. But do not become "that person" who "hog's the glory", so to speak. Remember K.A.T.E. She would never do a kind thing if it upsets another, would they?

It doesn’t matter what your past has been, whether a struggle or privileged. It’s your future that matters. And from my porch, looks at life as though it like its going to be a lovely day.
Instead of looking for opportunities to elevate yourself. Imitate the Lord Jesus who loved people, he was genuinely interested in them as individuals. Even little children gave him great joy. He didn’t prance around performing miracles to be viewed by men, on the contrary he often did these in secret. Mark 5:35-43 is just one example. He privately shared a moment with just the mother and father and little maiden. It looks like he even had his disciples leave the room while, by God’s spirit he raised the young girl up from death. And many more occasions he acted in this manner. Matthew 12:18-21. In part says, “he will not wrangle, nor cry aloud, nor will anyone hear his voice in the broad ways, no bruised reed will he crush, and no smouldering flaxen wick will he extinguish”. He obviously did not seek fame from all men, but he loved and cared for people. Even someone “crushed” or depressed or just about ready to give up, he tenderly cared for. Simply because he could help and “he wanted to”. He never wanted attention of the sort people crave today, popularity, fame. No, his focus was on the “good news of something better” and caring for the needs of others while declaring “God’s Kingdom is at hand”. Doing his fathers will was what was of the highest value to him.
He also knew that this example was what meant life to any who would learn the lesson.

So, please fight the urge to use knowledge to pursue vanity. But imitate the Lord Jesus who, after someone called him “Good teacher” said, “Why do you call me good? Nobody is good, except one, God.” Yes! Directing others to the one who can truly help us and love us, as only he can, is most beneficial to those we come into contact with. Of course, we gain personally, joy, happiness and we learn new things ourselves by meeting these ones as we look for the good in them and look for the value in all we meet.
Once again, I remind you, the reader, I only have partial knowledge, and even what I have seen and heard, may very well be flawed, influenced by my own inheritance, either from the scars on my forefathers’ hearts or the love I have been likewise shown.
It’s highly likely I have made mistakes in the information within these blogs, and there is much more refining of detail as time progresses.
I hope one day God will help me with this struggle, but if not, that's fine too.
May your road ahead be straight ways, and the mountains become smooth and flat.
Also, that any stumbling blocks be kicked out of the way as we move forward toward life! Everlasting life!
Thanks again and may you have favour in God’s eyes,
man in expectation :)
The mash-up! "You must love Jehovah your God, with your whole Heart, Mind, Soul and Strength and keep His Commandments. If you do, you will be wise enough to bypass any trial with ease, and have an indefinitely lasting name with The Living One. Those who fail to take these things to heart, will suffer shame and fall short in a large way, all that is his, will be destroyed and cease to exist.
You who love Him, however, will flourish with joy, under the tent cloths of Jehovah, always." Ecc 12:13, Mark 12:30 and Ps 37:18-20.
